TERMS & CONDITIONS

FOR DUMPSTER SERVICE

WASTE MATERIAL - Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be "waste material" as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. The term "waste material" as used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean solid waste generated by Customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous material. The term "hazardous material" shall include, but not be limited to, any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental protection Agency or any state agency pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended or applicable by law. Title to and liability for any waste excluded above shall remain with Customer and Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Turf Master Inc. from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from or arising out of such waste excluded above.

DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS - Customer warrants that any access / location provided for Turf Master Inc.'s equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Turf Master Inc. shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, Turf Master Inc. shall not be responsible for damage to lawns, fences or shrubbery. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or road service, lawns, fences and shrubbery, including but not limited to any run-off or drainage at the time of dumpster removal. DISCLAIMER Due to the uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, Turf Master Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, curbs, lawns or walks, wells and septic systems. It is the customer's responsibility to make Turf Master Inc aware of any underground utilities, which might be affected by taking delivery of the dumpster/ container.

Delivery days are Monday thru Friday for a period of 14 days. Customer will be charged an additional per-day service fee for additional time.

Customer is liable for additional fees incurred for containers filled over allowable weight limit (5 ton).

Non-authorized material will incur additional charges. It is against the law to put hazardous or toxic waste in a container. Any toxic or hazardous waste becomes the responsibility of the customer. * It is okay to use dumpster for concrete, masonry, or heavy metal but these items cannot be mixed with any trash or other materials. They must be kept separate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When do I pay?

The Dumpster Rental fee will be charged to your credit or

debit card at the time of order. (Customers may pay via check

but will need to leave a credit or debit card on file with us.) A

second charge occurs if the pickup date exceeds the time

limit allowed. The dumping fee is also charged

accordingly with the final weight of the material in the

container after we pick it up. You pay only what we are

charged by the dump site. This amount will also be

charged to your credit or debit card after we receive the

dumpster back at our office. Note: Rental fee includes up

disposal up to 1 ton)

Can I mix the type of trash/debris in the dumpster?

Yes, depending on the type of material. (See NOTICE

section)

What can’t I put in the dumpster?

Hazardous materials such as liquids, paints, propane tank,

gasoline, asbestos, or any type of toxic waste.

Are there any other prohibited items?

Yes. See “Terms & Conditions for Dumpster Service.”

Can I put appliances in the dumpster?

Yes. Doors must be removed from the appliance and all

freon must be purged from the unit.

Can I setup an account with Turf Master Inc. for

multiple sites and multiple containers?

Yes.

How far do I fill up the dumpster?

Level with the top.

What happens if I overload the dumpster?

Our driver may instruct you to remove part of the load. Or

do it for you for an additional fee

How do I know if the weight is accurate?

Each transaction will receive a certified weight ticket from

the dump site. You can request a copy of that be emailed to

you.

Can I move the dumpster to another address once it

has been delivered?

No. We can empty the dumpster and drop it off at another

location but there would be a separate rental transaction

and dumping fee.

Do I need to be there when the dumpster is being

delivered?

No. But specific instruction for drop off location and

details must be submitted at time of order.

Can the dumpster be relocated at the same site?

Yes, for an additional charge.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Typical service period is 14 days. There will be an

additional charge of $5 per day over that will be

charged when we pick up the dumpster and charge you

the dumping fee.

Is there a cost for additional days?

Yes. There is an additional $5 per day charge.

If the weight exceeds the allowable weight limit will I

be charged extra?

Yes. If our truck cannot lift the dumpster when we arrive

to pick up, you will have to remove the excess material

or we will do it for you. The truck cannot lift dumpsters

weighing over 5 tons. You will be charged for an

applicable additional time, travel, & equipment needed.

NOTE: As of May 2016, dump sites no longer accept

mattresses, box springs or tires for free. Each of these

items placed in dumpsters incur an additional fee per

item as charged by dump sites. Mattresses &

Boxsprings are $75 per item. Tires are $10 each.

(EXAMPLE: 1 Mattress $75 + 1 Box Spring $75 + 1

Tire $10) RI has free mattress drop off sites you can

take those items to if you prefer. Please ask us about

locations near you.
