The goal is to make it as simple as possible to learn about and explore healthier, more sustainable products. Following the success of its flagship location, terra20 has opened a second boutique store in Wellington West Village. Solution Toushay’s in-store application enables terra20 to display decision-making product information at key locations throughout the store. terra20 also created a screen embedded in a fountain as guests enter the store. This eco- statement can be used to showcase the store’s green features as well as promote upcoming vendor visits and alert guests to sales and deals. The cloud-based, self-serve platform allows terra20 to update and manage their individual devices throughout the store from a single, integrated platform. Working closely with terra20, we developed a branded solution that would meet their “out of the gate” needs as well as evolve with terra20 as the company’s needs changed. Challenges terra20 wanted a differentiated in-store experience that was very modern. The challenge was to find an interactive technology solution that would be instantly intuitive and user-friendly, enabling guests to quickly and easily explore products, sales and educational information. It also needed to be unobtrusive to meld into the look and feel of the store and at the same time stimulate sales. As well, the solution needed to support vendor partners during in-store demonstrations and visits. It also had to be flexible enough to deliver discrete content on specific devices, and allow for refreshes from terra20’s corporate office. Like terra20 itself, the solution had to be eco- friendly, allowing the company to reduce paper usage.
