The house is located in Riehen , a municipality next to Basel with low taxes and is adjacent to the nature reserve “Langen Erlen”. The tram stop “Niederholz”, a grocery, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a fitness centre, a tennis club and a kindergarten can be easily reached on foot. Within a radius of few hundred meters, you also can find a supermarket, two primary schools (public), a post office, general practitioners, a commuter railway station and the sports grounds “Grendelmatte”. The grammar school “Bäumlihof” is safely accessible by bicycle.

2 The House
The terraced house was built in 1932 and completely renovated in 2015. The eight rooms are distributed over three storeys and easily satisfy the demands of sophisticated tenants. A spacious sheltered patio, two balconies along with a front- and backyard gardens make the house a veritable place to linger and enjoy.The basement offers plenty of space including rooms that can be fitted as a wine cellar or used as hobby room. 3 The Interior
The house underwent a sumptuous renovation in 2015. The stylish interior fulfils the highest standards of contemporary living and boosts high-grade materials. The ensemble of the open kitchen and the dining room is the social centre of the house and offers a unique view of the countryside. The InteriorCellar and Attic
The cellar comprises four rooms. The laundry is equipped with a new washing machine and a tumbler, both from Miele. The other three rooms offer a lot of space for storing goods and wine, or can be used as a workshop or hobby room. There›s even enough space to install a sauna – by request. The ceiling is thermally insulated, which saves energy and heating costs.
