Lead training of ZS and Amgen staff on Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Started and lead a local chapter of Scrum Alliance whose members include Amgen, ZS and other companies’ staff. Leader in the conversion of the environment from strictly Waterfall to an Agile-friendly one through education, training, avocation, facilitation, and the development of project management and corporate playbook.

Took control of and delivered on enterprise-level $14M IT consulting project for biotech client Amgen that was significantly behind schedule and over budget.

Redefined project scope and timeline to justify expenses and manpower and ensure success. Implemented offshore development environment to meet aggressive deadlines.
