SAP Note Header Data Symptom You load time management data (DataSources 0HR_PT_1, 0HR_PT_2 or 0HR_PT_3) from the R/3 system (OLTP) into the cube 0PT_C01 into the Business Information Warehouse (BW). You choose the delta mode. The upload monitor shows that the package was successfully uploaded confirming this with the green light but at this time the status in the cube stays yellow and thus the cube is not available for reporting. The reason for this is that the entries in the table T569R 'Earliest Recalculation Dates for Time Management' for the values of the recalculation category '5' (earliest time data carry-over) and 6 (latest time data carry-over) have to be maintained. Otherwise the warning messages will be given during the extraction and then transfered to the Business Information Warehouse. This in turn will not allow the status of the cube 0PT_C01 to be turned to green automatically thus preventing the cube from being used in reporting. The status of the cube can although be changed to green manually. Solution By using the view V_T569R, maintain the retroactive categories 1. 05 'Earliest time data carry-over' 2. 06 'Latest time data carry-over' which constitute the time frame, in which the system will perform an extraction. Outside this time frame, the system will neither select any data nor calculate any delta. SAP recommends that you choose a period that includes approximately the current year. You have to maintain and update this time window periodically. Header Data

    Symptom

You load time management data (DataSources 0HR_PT_1, 0HR_PT_2 or 0HR_PT_3) from the R/3 system (OLTP) into the cube 0PT_C01 into the Business Information Warehouse (BW).

    Other Terms

    Reason and Prerequisites

Missing entries in the table T569R.

    Solution

By using the view V_T569R, maintain the retroactive categories

    1. 05 'Earliest time data carry-over'

    2. 06 'Latest time data carry-over'

which constitute the time frame, in which the system will perform an extraction. Outside this time frame, the system will neither select any data nor calculate any delta. SAP recommends that you choose a period that includes approximately the current year. You have to maintain and update this time window periodically.
