Please WATCH the video for more information. Computers may also have programs running in the background that will interfere with the operation of the secure browser. These programs will need to be temporarily shut off to allow the secure browser to work properly. STEP 2: Click TASK MANAGER STEP 3: (Click More Details, if window is small) In the Processes tab, Apps Section: RIGHT Click on a program name STEP 4: Click End Task

STEP 5: REPEAT steps 3 & 4 until all programs are closed STEP 6: Close Task Manager and launch the secure browser

Macs STEP 1: Tap CMD+OPTION+ESC at the same time on your keyboard IMPORTANT: Leave FINDER as the only program running STEP 3: Click on a program name STEP 4: Click FORCE QUIT STEP 5: REPEAT steps 3 & 4 until all programs have quit STEP 6: Close window and launch the secure browser
