Pursuant to FERC Order No. 587-Y, practice standards adopted by North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) WGQ Version 3.1 for EDI will be implemented by Enbridge Gas Transmission and Midstream beginning August 1, 2019.

Current Trading Partners can upgrade to the new version by contacting the LINK-Help group for assistance with Trading Partner Worksheets (TPW) and any required testing. We are currently prepared to test with Trading Partners and would like to schedule and setup the required processing once the new Worksheet is entered in our system. We will continue to work with Trading Partners on previous versions for a reasonable time period. Enbridge Gas Transmission and Midstream will meet all required changes and provide the ability to use the new dataset versions.

We are available to answer questions regarding any changes at the LINK-Help line.

On July 16, 2019, the Enbridge Gas Transmission LINK® system will install a new SSL certificate. The certificate is issued by Entrust Certification Authority which is a widely utilized provider. Most users will already have the Root and Intermediate certificates on their servers that will allow authentication automatically. The certificate will be installed for the LINK® system EBB and EDI communications.

If your system requires the manual entry of certificates for communications, or you have questions regarding the change. Please call the LINK-Help line 800-827-5465 (LINK) or email us at [email protected]. We can provide instructions regarding the installation of the certificate.

Notice Text: New Reduction Results and Retroactive Nomination Analytic Screen

A new screen located under Nominations/Nomination Analytics called "Reduction and Retro Analytics" has been implemented to provide statistics related to nomination reductions and retroactive adjustments processed. After accessing the screen, the "Type" drop down can be utilized to select information related to Reductions or Retros. A roll-up level can also be selected to summarize information by month or year. As part of this release, a pick list for rate schedules has also been implemented that you will see applied to other LINK screens in the future. Also, please note that up to 10 years of data can be reported by summary roll-up at one time.

Shipper Activity - Path Level Report (Offshore Business Units Only)

A radio button to include the Package ID has been added to the report submittal screen for the Shipper Activity - Path Level Report. By clicking yes to include package id, the report will path by Service Requester contract, Receipt Location, Delivery Location and package Id.
