Listed below is a partial schedule for major outages that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Texas Eastern Transmission (TE) system for the 2015 outage season. This schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur during the 2015 outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. As TE continues to plan for the 2015 outage season, updates to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date.

As a result of these investigations, the following meters will be unavailable for flow:

Customers and point operators located between Huntsville and Lebanon compressor stations should be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels. Customers delivering to meters located between Huntsville and Lebanon compressor stations should consider sourcing gas from receipt points located between Huntsville and Lebanon compressor stations to avoid potential pressure implications.


***French Lick to Seymour Line 1 - Pipeline Maintenance: October 8 -- 11TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance on Line 1 between French Lick and Seymour stations. During this maintenance TE will be required to isolate its Line 1 mainline (24 inch) between French Lick and Seymour stations.

Based on current nominations levels, TE doesn't anticipate any restrictions associated with this outage, however during this outage customers/point operators on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon compressor stations be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels. Customers delivering to meters located on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon compressor stations should consider sourcing gas from receipt points located on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon compressor stations to avoid potential pressure implications.

During this outage TE will have limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon compressor stations. As a result, during this outage TE requires all delivery point operators on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. All receipt point operators on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.

Additionally, during this outage all Power Plant Operators on Line 1 between Seymour and Lebanon will be required to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698. Information required includes the hourly consumption profile of directly connected power generation facilities.


***Vidor to Gillis Line 14 - Pipeline Maintenance: October 14 TE will be conducting a pipeline cleaning tool run on Line 14 between Vidor and Gillis stations. During this

As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could require further detailed investigations, which may require TE to isolate Line 16 between Blessing and PEMEX Mexico EOL. If an isolation of Line 16 is required, shippers sourcing gas for delivery points located between Blessing and PEMEX EOL will be required to source their supply from receipt points between Blessing and PEMEX EOL. Additionally, any gas sourced between Blessing and PEMEX EOL for delivery outside of this area may be restricted. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, if further investigations are required, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary firm services and primary firm services.

Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known.

During this maintenance, capacity through Marietta will be reduced from a seasonal capacity of 1,848,000 Dth /d to approximately 1,335,000 Dth /d for nominations delivering to locations between Marietta and up to Lambertville on TE's 36 inch line.

Based on historical nominations through Marietta, TE anticipates restrictions for interruptible, secondary firm and potentially primary firm services.

Holbrook to Uniontown Line 25 - Pipeline Maintenance: September 26 - October 21TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance on Line 25 between Holbrook and Uniontown compressor stations. During this work, the following meter will be unavailable for flow:

Texas Eastern DOT Pipeline Integrity Project

TE will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the Texas Eastern pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known.
