For Gas Day March 2, 2020, Texas Eastern (TE) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to TE's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding TE's operational capacity:

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced upstream of Chester Junction Line 1A for delivery downstream of Chester Junction Line 1A on the Philadelphia Lateral. No increases in deliveries sourced upstream of Chester Junction Line 1A for delivery downstream of Chester Junction Line 1A will be accepted except for Firm No-Notice services.

Due to the ongoing Force Majeure, until further notice, TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path, secondary in path and a portion of primary firm nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Danville Compressor Station (Danville) or in M3 for delivery south of Danville. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Danville or in M3 for delivery south of Danville will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either in ETX or STX north of Blessing Compressor Station (including the Wilcox system) for delivery to ELA, WLA, and to STX east of Blessing and STX south of Blessings (McAllen line).

TE has Force Balanced a portion of short TABS pools in Access Area zones ETX, STX, ELA and WLA and Market Area zones M1-24, M2-24 and M1- 30 will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

TE has Force Balanced a portion of long TABS pools in Access Area zones ETX, STX and Market Area zones M1-24, M2-24, M2-30 and M3 and will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

The M3 Operational Flow Order effective February 27, 2020 will remain in effect until further notice.

TE requires all shippers and point operators in Market Area Zones M1-30", M2-30" to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

Additionally, TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones WLA and ELA and Market Area Zones M1-24" and M2 -24" to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators in Access Area Zones WLA and ELA are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

Furthermore, TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones STX and ETX to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. Notice Text: By its posting dated November 14, 2017, Texas Eastern Transmission LP ("Texas Eastern") notified all firm storage customers that it would monitor customer storage activity and, if necessary, issue customer specific Operational Flow Orders (OFO's) to customers who exceeded their recommended maximum storage withdrawal limits pursuant to Section 4.3 (L) of the General Terms and Conditions of its Tariff and in accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's November 30, 1994 order, in Docket No. RP95-15.

Based on current inventory levels and forecast withdrawals, Texas Eastern has determined that the individual storage withdrawal plans referenced in the posting dated November 14, 2017 will no longer be in effect for the remainder of the 2019/2020 storage withdrawal season.

Notice Text: As part of Enbridge's (ENB) business continuity plan for the recently declared COVID-19 pandemic by the World Health Organization, ENB is continuing to very closely monitor the situation and to determine if additional escalation is necessary. ENB maintains and regularly trains on its crisis planning protocols as a matter of standard operating procedures, adding layers of resiliency and redundancy to our business should we need to further escalate.

ENB is currently operating at a heightened level of emergency response preparedness and is staying closely connected to recommendations from public health authorities, including the CDC, to determine if additional response measures are warranted. The threat level will be continuously re-evaluated to make sure ENB's assets will continue to be operated safely and reliably.

Additionally, ENB has taken the necessary steps to enhance its communication processes. We have also implemented social distancing among critical operations staff and health services best practices. We are looking at critical business functions, such as Gas Control, Field Operations, and Technology Information Systems, to make sure we can effectively monitor and safely operate our assets from alternate locations or with back up workforce, if needed.

ENB understands the continued importance of the protection of our employees' health and well-being, and the safety and reliability of our systems in order to meet the needs of our customers. At this time, there are no changes identified that should impact routine business. If anything changes and ENB needs to communicate those changes externally, that information will be posted to its EBB.

This outage results in a north to southbound capacity through Berne of approximately 1,610,000 Dth.

TE will take into consideration the reduced capacity during the timely cycles for future gas days where restrictions to interruptible, secondary and potentially primary firm nominations are anticipated.

Notice Text: As previously posted on March 13, 2020, Texas Eastern (TE) has experienced an unplanned outage on its Line 25 valve section 5 between Berne and Holbrook Compressor Stations. At this time, this outage results in a north to south capacity of approximately 1,610,000 Dth/d through Berne on TE's 30" system.

TE continues with its construction activities required to return the valve section back to service. Based on the current forecast, TE believes this valve section will remain out of service until at least the mid-April timeframe. There are various factors that could potentially lengthen the projected return to service schedule, such as, but not limited to: weather conditions, unforeseen pipeline or ground conditions. TE is committed to prioritizing the work in a safe and efficient manner to order to return the pipeline back to service. When TE has more clarity as to construction progress, we will post our targeted return to service date for the valve section.

Notice Text: In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, TE is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff effective 9:00AM CCT April 2, 2020 to all delivery parties, with the exception of those governed by a FERC gas tariff, in Texas Eastern's Market Area Zones M1-24 and M2-24.

This OFO does not affect the ability of TE to receive or deliver quantities of gas for scheduled nominations to any customer or pipeline.

During the effectiveness of this OFO, all parties must be balanced such that actual deliveries of gas out of the system must be equal to or less than scheduled deliveries out of the system. The penalty shall apply to each dekatherm of actual delivery quantities that exceeds the greater of 2,000 Dth or 102% of scheduled delivery quantities.

The penalty will be equal to three times the daily Platts Gas Daily "Daily Price Survey" posting for the High Common price for the geographical region, as defined in Section 8.5(a) of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred. In addition, TE will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an OFO penalty.

TE may be required to issue an hourly OFO pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 4.3(H) to impose further restrictions in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system.

TE will inform customers via EBB when this OFO will be lifted.
