When studying a music video, it is always helpful to break it down and analyse some of the key shots using media language. Look at each of the images and make some notes about each one.

You should consider: positioning of characters, camera shots, colours and lighting, layout, connotations, what the scene reminds you of and anything else you think worthy of comment.

When you’ve finished them all, discuss with a partner. How do your notes compare?
