The program provides the Global InterGold Online Gold Shop clients with the opportunity to generate long-term income in exchange for promotion and initiation of gold bar orders

• For the company: to expand its market reach in the selling of investment gold bars;

PURPOSE OF THE GOLDSET PROGRAM

The purpose of the program is two-fold:

• For the clients: to receive remuneration in the form of gold bars in exchange for advertising and promotion of the product which will expand the Global InterGold Online Gold Shop client base on the world market. Clients may also participate in the distribution of profits of the Online Gold Shop.

• According to the incentives marketing program, the Buyer acquiring a set of gold bars worth a minimum of EUR 7000 has the right for the reward.

THE GOLDSET PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES

- GoldSet Standard Order;

• To receive rewards, the Buyer has the opportunity to select one ofup to the three different types of order for a set of investment gold bars worth a minimum of EUR 7000 including the order-processing fee:

- GoldSet MultiCards Order;- GoldSet Goldline Order.

• The payment of the order is carried out on the basis of the order issued by the client and the preliminary invoice for the purchase of investment gold bar set.

PLACEMENT OF THE ORDER

The Online Gold Shop acts upon the client’s placed order and corresponding preliminary invoice for buying gold bars.

• In the preliminary invoice shall be indicated the title, number of gold bars, cost of the purchase, and maintenance and processing fee.

• Creating and maintaining personal customer accounts.

PROCESSING OF THE ORDERThe Processing fee includes the following services:

• Administrative tasks related to maintenance of the issued order through complete execution including customer service in multiple languages.

• Controlling of all executed payments and recommendations, as well as the posting of reward units through completion and settlement.

• Immediate notification to the Buyer’s Personal Account of any new accounts openings having occurred for recommendations made.

• Internet services, technical support, use of a virtual back office and general management of the customer recommendations made.

• Providing access to the purchase and sale of gold bars through the virtual back office, as well as placing the products in storage.

• Place a gold bar set order for the minimum value of EUR 7,000 including a processing fee of EUR 540.

THE GOLDSET STANDARD ORDERThe GoldSet Standard program order is intended for Online Gold Shop clients, who wish to buy gold bar sets comprised of bars weighing between 1 and 100 grams bearing the hallmarks of the gold refineries specified on the Internet shop web site within 12 months.

To issue a GoldSet Standard order, the Buyer must:

• Make a minimum prepayment for the gold bar set EUR 540.• Offset the rest of the sum with the reward units received for initiating new orders.

• Recommendations made by the Online Gold Shop clients to potential new clients resulting in the issuance of new order.

INITIATION OF NEW ORDERS

• Incoming gold bar set orders from EUR 7000 are placed on the table, the accounting system of the clients' orders.

The table of orders is the accounting system for clients' orders that allows the administration and completion of such orders.

HOW DOES THE ONLINE GOLD SHOP ACCOUNTING SYSTEM WORK?

The payments for gold bar set orders are the profit of the Online Gold Shop.The profit is used for paying rewards to clients and the promotion of the Online Gold Shop's goods and services.

HOW IS THE GOLDSET STANDARD REWARD CALCULATED?

Through the promotion and placement of orders of clients, the Online Gold Shop distributes its profit and the Buyer is credited reward units, which offset the gold bar set purchase.

The placement of orders is made from left to right, following the order of the recommendations made by the Buyers.

The Buyer receives 3500 reward units for the completion of the table when:

1) The order has passed all 4 levels, and

2) The table is filled with 15 orders, minimum 2 of which were initiated by the Buyer.

HOW IS THE GOLDSET STANDARD REWARD CALCULATED?

The rewards are intended solely for the purchase of investment gold bar sets.

Upon completion of the table and receiving the reward, the client's order is placed on the next table, until completion of payment for the gold bar set through the reward units credited by the Online Gold Shop.

The Buyer is not required to place an order under the terms of the company's marketing incentives program. The purchase can be carried out at any time paying the full amount of the order directly. This option is also available if the Buyer has already initiated orders.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Under the terms of the GoldSet marketing incentives program,

the Buyer has the right to cancel the order without explanation within 14 calendar days from the moment the order is placed on the corresponding table of orders.
