This year’s theme is “Creation Stories”. The Hibulb Cultural Center is seeking features, documentaries, short �lms, animation, and music videos. All �lms are welcome, particularly �lms about creation and origin stories from our communities.

• Films selected for the 7th Hibulb Cultural Center Film Festival will be announced no later than Monday, September 16, 2019.

There is no entry fee for submissions.

All entries must be postmarked by September 13, 2019.

A completed entry form must must accompany each entry.

All �lms must be submitted on DVDs for considerationby the Selection Committee.

The Hibulb Cultural Center reserves the right to useimages from �lms selected for Film Festival marketing purposes(web, print media, and television).
