7 Judging ProcessWe may ask you to meet with you as part of the judging process. Please offer three diary dates between 3 rd and 20th July when your key contacts would be available:

1. Awards are open to every company with an SL postcode located in Maidenhead & Windsor or the surrounding villages. Awards are also open to all members of the Maidenhead & District Chamber of Commerce, including those that are outside of the geographical area.
2. Sponsors cannot enter the category they sponsor.3. The judges’ panel will be made up business experts and judging will take place between the 3rd and 20th July. 4. We may ask you to meet you as part of the judging process. Please can you offer three diary dates during this time when your
principal contacts for the award entry would be available. 5. Three finalists will be selected per award category and all finalists will be notified by the 21st July. At least one representative per
finalist will be required to attend the awards ceremony on Friday 15th September at the Holiday Inn, Maidenhead.6. For full details about the event visit www.mwbusinessawards.com. If you have questions about what to include or exclude on your
submission form, please email [email protected] 7. You may enter up to three categories. Each entry must be submitted on a separate application form.8. Completed nomination forms can be submitted via email to [email protected] or posted to the Maidenhead and
Windsor Business Awards, 18a King Street, Maidenhead SL6 1EF. Any supporting documentation for email applications should be in the following formats: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF. Please keep total file size to a maximum of 3Mb per email.
9. Please clearly state where information is confidential. Any confidential information will be available to judges but not announced at the awards event or distributed to media.
10. Closing date for entries is Friday 30th June 2017.11. No winners will be announced until the event itself on September 15th 2017.12. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into about the decision.13. All entries will be destroyed after judging, so please send copies and not any originals.
