Manage a staff of 7 Engineers. Hire, train staff on safety procedures such as lock-out and tag out, using safety equipment, understand the MSDS, and career development for maintenance staff. Also, training hotel staff the Fire Evacuation Procedures, Safety OSHA, and upgrade ADA complaint standard code. Create preventive maintenance programs on guest rooms, mechanical equipment, safety equipment, and public areas.
