Refund Policy:All requests for refund or for cancellation of attendance must be in writing, email or fax is acceptable. Request for refunds received on or before July 8th (i.e. two weeks before the conference) will be refunded the amount paid for registration and guests less a 25% administrative fee. In exceptional circumstances or hardship, our Board of Directors may consider exceptions to this policy. No other refund will be granted. To the extent possible, those not attending the conference for any reason will receive a copy of the material distributed at the conference. For the 2017 conference, that will consist of the CD of the speaker presentations (if provided by the speakers). Refunds for hotel accommodations are handled by the hotel.
