Thank you for making our Spring Fling Benefit and Auction the most successful ever!

Funds raised tonight will help us continue to support classroom enrichments that offer our children additional experiences in the fine arts (theater, arts and music), sciences, sports, and chess as well as help pay for Teacher Professional Development. With last year’s funds, we were able to finance Playworks (Coach Jose), provide our children enrichment classes (chess, yoga, engineering, art, ballroom) and continue to support our teachers with additional supplies such as workbooks, musical instruments, recess equipment, and much more. RAFFLES

Raffle tickets are for sale at the Registration Table. Ticket prices are: 5 Tickets for $20.00 Items will be raffled off at 7:30 pm. Winners must be present to collect prizes.

AUCTION RULES 1. Please note the “minimum bid” and predetermined bidding increments.

NO bids below the minimum bid will be accepted Keep in mind the purpose of this auction is to raise money for continued and additional enrichment for our children. If an item does not go for the minimum bid, the committee may elect to re-auction the item at a later date.

2. Please bid carefully. Once your name is on the bid sheet, it cannot be removed.

3. Teacher/student lunches and teacher/student adventures are for one child

only unless otherwise noted. Class art projects will go to the highest single bidder during the Auction.

We will only accept credit cards pre-registered at the Registration table. If you have not yet returned your completed credit card information slip, please do so before the close of bidding.

4. No bids will be accepted after the item’s auction table has been closed.

Please see the Evening Program on Page 5 for a published schedule of closings. Bid sheets will be removed from the auction tables and receipts with the winners’ names and high bids left in their place. Winning bidders should bring these receipts to the check-out tables at the end of the evening. If you are not present for checkout and you are the highest bidder, your credit card will be charged at the end of the evening for your winnings.
