It provides a unique perspec-tive of the war, offering audiences rich insights intothe experiences of Jewish men who struggledbravely and heroically against Nazi Germany. Thestory tells incredible stories about men who nevershared what they experienced with anyone, includ-ing their families. It dispels the erroneous viewsthat Jews in America in the 1930’s were disinclinedto be fighters, and definitely not war heroes. Andit validates the heroic roles so many Jewish Amer-icans embraced as they fought to protect theAmerican way of life in one of the branches of serv-ice that suffered the highest mortality rates. Thisfilm is about brave and patriotic Jewish Americanmen who became WWII war heroes. It is a storytold with both poignancy and humor. Cost is $5 perperson.
