We need to collect some information from you regarding your company’s information for our printed

program, as well as the VANTAGE Mobile App.

Please use the link to login to the Submission Portal:

From there you should see the landing page (as seen here)

Please click the New Partner Information button to begin entry. If your Sponsorship includes a speaking

session, please make sure to choose that option.

Note that the Company description has a 35 word limit. When filling in your Company information, please

be sure to upload your company logo into the form:

Fill out the Speaker Biography Information:

Please fill out the Session Title and Description. Please note, without session approval from Thomson

Reuters Elite, you will not be able to move forward with your session.

If your Sponsorship includes a Conference Bag insert, please upload a copy. If you don’t have something

to submit at this time, please be sure to come back and modify your submission so that it is included.

Without Thomson Reuters Elite approval, you will not be able to use the collateral at the conference.

If you need to add another speaker to the session, please mark yes and you will be able to complete the

first submission and then add the next speaker (Company information will be auto-filled with first

submission data)

Please click the complete button on the first submission in order to begin the second speaker.

Please be sure to print the record so that you are able to self-modify if necessary. You will also receive

an email with this information.

To self-modify, go back to the website (https://www.etouches.com/vantage16londonpartnercollection) and

choose the Modify Partner information button

You will then see your record and can click the Continue button until you find what needs to be

updated. Please note, if you need to Cancel your submission, you can do that from this screen as well.
