MASS INTENTIONS - A Mass is a beautiful way to honor a loved a one that has passed, birthdays, wedding anniversary, sacrament anniversary, and/or just because. If you would like to have a Mass offered for a family member, please stop by or email the office at of-fice@ascensionmemphis.org. Masses are filled on a first-come, first served basis, and weekends fill up quickly. MINISTERS SCHEDULE - December Minister schedule will be available this week on the table in the Narthex or online. Please remember to pick up a copy and remember when you are scheduled to serve. PRE - Christmas Break will be from Sunday, December 19 through Sunday, January 2. Classes resume Sunday, January 9, 2022.

IMPORTANCE OF ADVANCE SCHEDULING

It is vitally important every event and activity that is to take place at

Ascension be planned and placed on the parish calendar in advance. This insures

(1) that a room is available, that we know who is in the building at all times,

and (3) that we know who is the responsible party. Our insurance carrier and the Guidelines for the

Protection of Children demands that we strictly follow these procedures.

For your convenience, scheduling forms are available in the Narthex.

Remember, ALL meetings and events must have Pastor’s approval prior to

any scheduling. Please DO NOT schedule any meeting or event, even if someone is in the building, without it

first being on the calendar. We appreciate your cooperation.

IMPORTANCIA DE PROGRAMACIÓN PREVIA

Es de vital importancia que todo evento y actividad de la Ascensión se planee y
