BA in Economics Management- Ohio Wesleyan University- 1984 Concentrations in History and English
2 years a Marketing Assistant for Manufacturing Company- liaison between Engineering and Sales & Marketing divisions.
13 years- Commercial Photographer- extensive international and domestic travel
Masters of Arts in Teaching Program at MSUN-8 certified, Social Studies certified
Teaching-5th grade at Calvin Coolidge School8th grade Social Studies at Eisenhower
Camp Counselor - Canoe guide - Coach
Why are we doing this?
District and State-
-to teach students American History, develop citizenship, develop an understanding of how their government works and their role in it.
Why are we (really) here?
Prepare them for high school and beyond
-Identify and organize important information
-Recognize what works best for them
-Expose them to a variety of test and learning situations
-Prepare them to work with others
