As an employee, you can choose to spend a part of your gross budget on renting a bike for your daily commute. Since the company’s bike is interesting from a tax point of view and you can also benefit from the favourable gross / net ratio, you have a 20% to 40% advantage over a pri-vate purchase in the store.

During the rental period, your bike is insured against damage and theft in Europe.In case of theft, we expect a Police report and proof of both keys with a visible key number. You will receive a new equivalent bike. In case of damage, we wait for an estimate of the repair costs and the photos of the damaged parts. After agreement of the insurer, your local dealer will carry out the repairs.

The standard maintenance budget is 300 euros, but can be increased in-dividually. Do you use your bike a lot or for longer distances? Contact us and we will help you create a bespo-ke budget. You can track the budget online and dedicate it entirely to the maintenance or purchase of acces-sories.
