CancellationsIf you book and then cannot attend, you have several options: Send a substitute in your place. Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter, fax or email) 2 weeks before the event and recieve a refund, less a $100 service charge. No refunds can be made for cancellations recieved after this date. However, you will still receive the conference documentation.
