- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.- Handwriting must be legible and you are only allowed to input data within the specified spaces.- For Maltese residents an identity card number is obligatory. In the case of non-residents and/or foreigners passport number is obligatory.- In the case of the multiple choice question please place an ‘X’ in the correct box. Placing more than one X will render your application as null and void.- Application forms will be included in the all Malta leaflet distributed into each and every household in Malta and Gozo by the ROCS Group in collaboration with the MFCC.- Additional application forms will be available at the MFCC Malta Trade Fair 2015 between the 25th June 2015 and the 5th July 2015.- For an application to be considered valid one must include name, surname, identity card number, email address, mobile, home number, the 7 digit number and the answer to the multiple choice question.- Should any of the data submitted in the application prove to be false or incorrect then such application shall im mediately be disqualified.- All applicants must visit the Malta Trade Fair at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre between the 25th June 2015 and the 5th July 2015 and submit their application.- All applications must be received at the Malta Trade Fair at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre from the 25th June 2015 and within the 5th July 2015 2230hrs.- Any applications received after the 5th July 2015 2230hrs will be considered as null and void.- In order to be declared the winner, any participants must guess the 7 digit number and eventually answer correctly the skill question.- Should a participant have the correct number however does not answer correctly to the skill question, then the participant will not be entitled to prize.- Any participant will be allowed a maximum of 5 entries.- Should a participant guess the 7 digit number and answer correctly to the skill question but have more than 5 en tries than he / she shall not be entitled to the prize.- The winning participant must claim his / her prize within Thursday 9th July 2015 at 1200hrs (noon).- Should the winning participant claim his / her prize after Thursday 9th July 2015 at 1200hrs (noon) then he / she will not be entitled to the prize.- In the case of more than one participant guessing the correct number and answering correctly to the skill question than the prize will be divided equally between all winning participants.- Finally any participant who guesses the 7 digit number and answers correctly the skill question on the actual form, he / she must answer correctly once again a final skill question either in person or over the phone.- Should the final skill question be answered incorrectly than participant will not be eligible for the final prize.- Other terms and conditions apply.
