was an uncommon bright child and was idol of fond parents loving brothers and sister a favorite with all who knew her She j was sick but a short time but her suffering were intense The alIIthat of no avail To the bereaves I family we would say weep not I because Little Phodia has been williindeed smiling face She was too pure and sweet to remain in this sin ¬ ful world So bereaved one con ¬ sider Jones Dead following is a sketch of a lady who was a native of Cum ¬ berland county and who has many relatives in Adair county The account is taken from the Chillicothe Mo Constitution of June 8- Mrs Julia B Jones died Sun ¬ R day evening at 1020 at the home of her daughter Mrs Wl L Tun nell South Vine street after a long illness Death was due to a general break down in health incident to Mrs Jones advanced age she being 83 years old Mrs Jones maiden name was Julia B Hudgins She was born in Cumberland county Kentucky in 1825 and was married to Thos r F Jones November 25 1840 To their union were born fifteen children of whom the following survive Edgar Will and Robert of New Mexico Jasper N of Ok ¬ lahoma Mrs C F Adams and Mrs W L Tunnell of Chillicothe o and T D Jones of Rich Hill
