Chris Hanson – DirectorChris Hanson manages the mining services division of Adamelia Global. He has +25 years mining experience in prac�cal opera�onal mining and consul�ng both in Australia and interna�onally, and has strong industry experience and credibility in the areas of underground and open cut geotechnical engineering. He is a Competent Person (CP) for Resource Es�ma�on under the JORC Code, having conducted a number of high profile JORC Resource assessments including for the Moa�ze and Carmichael Coal Project. Chris is currently the Site Senior Execu�ve for the Springsure Creek Coal Project has significant experience in structured integrated project management, with a Diploma from the AIM in this area.

Andrew Huston – DirectorAndrew Huston is a Project / Construc�on / Engineering manager having directly managed over A$960m worth of project work with a majority of these being brown field projects. This capability extends across the mining industry (coal, copper, gold and uranium), power genera�on (hydro & thermal) as well as LNG study manager experience.This unique experience has fostered the development of an in-depth understanding of what is required to deliver a successful project, right from the study phase through to commissioning and handover. The project management experience is supported with seven years in maintenance as a workshop supervisor or mechanical engineer within the power and mining industries.

Dave Thomas, Principal - MiningDave has 33 years of experience in the mining industry in both the coal and minerals sectors. Over the last 30 years he has consulted to the coal industry in both the USA and Australia, comple�ng numerous feasibility studies, due diligence and opera�ons reviews and independent expert assignments of both bord and pillar and longwall mining opera�ons for either coal companies or the finance sector. He is a Competent Person (CP) for Reserve Es�ma�on under the JORC Code, having conducted a number of JORC Reserve Statements including for the Kevin's Corner Coal Project and Grosvenor. Dave also has significant experience in management of resource projects from ini�al explora�on through to feasibility and permi�ng.

Hernan E. Retamal, Principal - Open Cut MiningHernan has over 30 years' experience in open cut mining opera�ons, project management, contract mining, contract management and mine consul�ng across gold, coal, base metals and minerals mining. He has strong capability in the areas of construc�on and feasibility study management, open pit mine design, running safe and efficientopera�ons and mine cos�ng primarily in Australia, South East Asia and South America. Hernan has conducted numerous opera�onal mining audits with focused on maximising equipment produc�vity, selec�vity and maintaining safe and efficient opera�ons. Hernan has recently coordinated project Management of Spoil Landform Rehabilita�on Modelling using Vulcan, 3d-DigPlus and Dozesim modules at Queensland mines.

Patrick Humphries, Principal - UndergroundPatrick has over 20 years' experience in underground coal mining opera�ons, feasibility management and mining research. Patrick has led major project feasibility studies for Adani Mining Australia, BHP Mitsubishi Alliance, Vale and Mount Isa Mines (now Glencore) to iden�fy, develop and deliver high capacity underground coal mines in a �mely manner.Patrick has a solid background in underground coal produc�on including roles as Longwall Superintendent, Technical Services Superintendent and Ven�la�on Officer at a number of Queensland mines. He has extensive exper�se in the development, implementa�on and management of Principal Hazard Management Plans for Ven�la�on, Gas, Mine fires and Spontaneous combus�on. Patrick has been a leader in the development and applica�on of innova�ve iner�sa�on techniques for the preven�on of spontaneous combus�on in underground coal mines resul�ng in increased safety and produc�vity in Queensland coal mines.

Chris Schlebusch, Principal - Spa�alChris Schlebusch has a background in electronic engineering, industrial design and more than 10 years in the spa�al industry as both a Geographic Informa�on Systems (GIS) consultant and the GIS lead for a large mul�-disciplinary mining, infrastructure and logis�cs project. He has worked on mining, resources and infrastructure projects in Australia, Africa, Asia, South America and Canada where he supported decision making with GIS and cartographic products in addi�on to providing hardware, so�ware and process solu�ons.He has deployed and managed geoscien�fic informa�on management solu�ons, enterprise GIS infrastructure and web GIS tools using pla�orms such as Micromine's GeoBank, Esri's ArcGIS suite and La�tude Geographics' Geocortex. His cartographic products have underpinned Environmental Impact Statements, Mining Lease Applica�ons and Prospectus publica�ons.

David Green, Principal - Coal GeologyDavid has over 35 years of experience in coal geology from explora�on planning to mine site opera�ons and for the last 3 years he has been the Coal Geoscience Manager with the Queensland Geological Survey leading a team evalua�ng the current and future coal resources in Queensland. He has a broad knowledge of Queensland coal resources and industry and also has experience in Mongolia, Canada and Indonesia. David is experienced at the geological evalua�on and assessment of coal projects, including regular access of Government resources and provision of statutory company reports. David has been jointly awarded 3 ACARP project grants which included an evalua�on of acous�c scanners and the development of CoalLog.

Kimberley Saunders, Principal - Project DeliveryKimberley is a Project Manager/ Contracts Manager / Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development professional having directly managed and supported over A$500m worth of scope with mul�ple major projects and proponents. In addi�on, Kimberley established and managed her own private consul�ng firm which specialised in project approvals and early planning through to execu�on, opera�ons and maintenance phases at a cri�cal �me in the Energy market for Australia. The project management experience is supported with over fi�een years working across New Zealand and Australia, in addi�on to Global reach via work with proponents such as ConocoPhillips.

Sean Wilson, Principal - Underground Mining EngineerSean has had over 13 years’ experience in the underground coal mining industry with extensive experience in the opera�on and design of high produc�vity longwall mining opera�ons and is highly proficient in the opera�on of various specialised so�ware packages including Deswik, XPAC and VentSIM.Sean’s opera�onal experience comprises of the management of all areas of coal mine technical services including subsidence, spontaneous combus�on, complex geological/geotechnical condi�ons, gas drainage and opera�on/management of ven�la�on circuits. Sean has been involved in the prepara�on of several engineering studies at various levels for major projects including the Teresa Project Pre-Feasibility Study (Link Energy Pty Ltd) and as Project Leader for the Carmichael underground Feasibility Study.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES and PROJECTS

SHENHUO INTERNATIONAL GROUP PTY LTD - Taroborah Coal Project. Project managed all aspects of the Bankable Feasibility Study of the Taroborah Coal Project in Central Queensland, responsible for management of a 15 person study team, reviewing of all aspects of the study, as well as JORC Resource and Reserve Es�ma�on, geotechnical design, mine planning and cos�ng for a proposed 6 Mtpa underground opera�on.

BOUNTY MINING PTY LTD - Independent Technical Expert Review for the IPO lis�ng for Bounty Mining's Cook Colliery and Minyango Projects. This work entailed reviewing all aspects of explora�on, geology, coal quality, geotechnical, mining and infrastructure, together with the development of a five year mine plan and cost es�mate to support jus�fica�on for investment.

SPRINGSURE CREEK COAL PTY LTD - AG managed an explora�on program at the Springsure Creek mine site, providing full statutory and SSE services, contractor engagement and management, data management, coal quality tes�ng and the rehabilita�on of final drill pads. JORC Resource and Reserve Es�ma�on and a pre-feasibility study was updated incorpora�ng new data from explora�on. The AG team completed a conceptual planning task for an overland conveyor and a cost benefit analysis as compared to the haul road op�on. AG also completed a drill core evalua�on and disposal project at the Springsure Creek mine site.

CAASON GROUP - Independent Technical Review. AG staff undertook an Independent Technical Review of the geological, geotechnical and mine opera�onal aspects of the proposed Fingal Tier underground coal mine in Tasmania. AG provided independent opinion on the reasonableness of geological resource es�mates, geotechnical design and mine opera�ng plans including methods, produc�on level and costs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT - AG staff provided project management support to various organisa�ons including Rio Tinto (Kestrel Mine Underground spot cooling design and installa�on), Anglo Coal (Grasstree technical services and project management support), and Mastermyne (assistance with mining feasibility studies at Stanmore).

INDONESIA – JORC RESOURCE AND RESERVE ESTIMATION - completed a JORC Resource Es�mate for a mul� seam opencut coal mine project. Completed a separate JORC Resource and Reserve Es�mate for an underground longwall project.

CONCEPTUAL UNDERGROUND MINING STUDY - completed geotechnical mul� seam stress, pillar design, ground support and Longwall Top Coal Caving analysis for a mul�-seam explora�on project in the Upper Hunter Valley, NSW.

DUE DILIGENCE ASSIGNMENTS - AG staff were selected to provide expert advice and support on a number of confiden�al due diligence assignments providing geotechnical, geology and mining advice for recent Bowen Basin underground longwall and opencut coal mines and associated projects being considered for purchase.

OPENCUT REHABILITATION MINE PLANNING - completed landform rehabilita�on planning for a number of mines including the calcula�on of cut and fill volumes for dozer and dragline rehabilita�on using Maptek Vulcan, 3D Dig and Dozesim so�ware. This work has enabled cos�ng for detailed feasibility level final landforms to incorporate long term Mine Rehabilita�on Plans.

GEOTECHNICAL ANALYSIS - geotechnical analysis has been completed for a number of underground and opencut projects including: geotechnical stability review of a large Queensland opencut metalliferous coal mine, RS2 2D geotechnical numerical finite element modelling for underground coal mine development heading and longwall opera�ons, Galena slope stability analysis for open cut coal mine projects, underground coal mine subsidence analysis and reviews.

OPENCUT COAL MINE PROJECTS – MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH ASSIGNMENTS - completed high level mining reviews for large scale coal mine opera�ons in Kalimantan. Conducted industry research on produc�vity and opex for high volume Chinese and Indonesian opencut coal mine opera�ons. Project Management and genera�on of Mining Cost Models including equipment selec�on, produc�vity assessments and associated financial assessments to support a Feasibility Study for both coal and metalliferous opencut projects.

ADANI: CARMICHAEL COAL PROJECT - design and management of explora�on, geological, geotechnical, hydrogeological and mine planning. Study management for the development of the mining program including concept, feasibility and bankability studies. Mining equipment selec�on and tendering, contract mining tender development and nego�a�on.

GVK/HANCOCK: ALPHA & KEVIN'S CORNER FEASIBILITY STUDIES - defini�on of the mine layouts and mine access points, development of a produc�vity model and produc�on schedule, specifica�on of produc�on equipment and support systems, and es�ma�on of labour requirements, opera�ng costs and capital expenditures.

BOWEN CENTRAL COAL MANAGEMENT: EAGLE DOWNS FEASIBILITY STUDY - study management for comple�on of FEL1 and FEL2 studies including mine planning, scheduling and equipment selec�on for underground and CHPP opera�ons, coupled with the development of capital and opera�ng cost models. Provided geotechnical assessment and design for the Eagle Downs feasibility study. The work involved all aspects of strata characterisa�on, numerical modelling of stress interac�ons, and pillar and ground support design for this proposed mul�ple seam longwall mining opera�on.

BMA: GOONYELLA RIVERSIDE EXPANSION PROJECT - study management for an iden�fica�on study to double produc�on from the Goonyella Riverside Mine including a new underground mine, open cut expansion and construc�on of a third CHPP. Also provided preliminary engineering design and cos�ng for the proposed underground mine services (conveyors, power, compressed air and water supply and mine dewatering).

ANGLO COAL: GROSVENOR PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY - par�cipated in the Anglo Coal pre-feasibility study team for the Grosvenor longwall mine in QLD. The work involved resource evalua�on, mining op�ons analysis, defini�on of the mine layouts and mine access points, development of a produc�vity model and produc�on schedule, and es�ma�on of labour requirements, opera�ng costs and capital expenditures. Subsidence modelling, predic�on and contouring suppor�ng studies for the EIS.

ENSHAM RESOURCES: UNDERGROUND PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY - managed a 14-month dura�on explora�on program and pre-feasibility study to assess a number of underground mining targets at Ensham. The central area bord and pillar development op�on was determined the most prospec�ve and now hosts the working Ensham Underground mine.

PEABODY COAL: BURTON WIDENING PROJECT - management of all facets of the project from feasibility, environmental approvals, construc�on to final handover to the Opera�ons team over a three-year period. Responsible for the health, safety and environmental management for the construc�on of all mining related infrastructures, mining of overburden and coal to steady state. Burton Widening was a 3.0Mtpa / up to 70Mbcm waste pa expansion opera�on with +700, staff, mine contractors, subcontractors and consultants.

COAL DRY SCREENING TRIAL - Clermont Bulk Haulage (CBH) completed a dry screening trial at Goonyella coal mine – Adamelia Global worked with CBH to look at dry screening op�ons and provided a cost es�mate to complete further trials. Roof bolts were causing a lot of blockage problems with the coal prepara�on plant.

PANAUST: PHU BIA OPERATIONS, LAOS - management of all feasibility studies for future project developments. Phu Kham is an 18Mt Ore / 40Mbcm pa waste opera�on with +1000 staff and contractors. Responsible for the mineral processing, resource, geotechnical and mining engineering aspects of the following studies;

MUNDORO MINING – MAOLING PROJECT, CHINA - defini�ve Feasibility Study, Review of Pre-feasibility study for a large open cut gold mine in the Northern provinces in China. Responsible for the project management of the resource, geotechnical and mining engineering aspects of the study.

OK TEDI MINING: MAJOR PROJECTS - responsible for the major project and engineering for the OK Tedi opera�on, including: 128km Slurry pipeline installa�on, Process plant upgrades, power sta�on upgrades, workshop installa�on.

GEOVIC: NKAMOUNA COBALT – NICKEL – MANGANESE FEED, CAMEROON, AFRICA - engineering management for green field poly-metallic leach, SX-EW project proposed for a remote jungle area. Significant logis�cs, construc�on and geotechnical challenges had to be addressed.

CONVEYANCE OPTIONS FOR MINE PLANNING SUPPORT - AG was engaged to conduct assessments of various conveyance op�ons such as Haul Truck, Road Trains and belt conveyors at a manganese and a bauxite mine site. The purpose of the study was to reduce long-term mining opera�ng costs.

QUARRY CRUSHING PLANT UPGRADE STUDY - AG provided the electrical, mechanical and dra�ing resources to complete a review and feasibility study to increase the capacity of a Basalt crushing plant (Fairfield quarry). The cost was prohibi�ve but modifica�ons made to the Jaw crusher increased throughput at a minimal cost.

REAGENT PLANT RELOCATION STUDY - AG completed a study and tender to relocate a chemical plant (NaSH and Copper Sulphate) from the Coogee site to the Mount Isa Mine site. The plant was not relocated as it was sold to Coogee Chemicals. REAGENT PROJECT REVIEW - AG completed a review and provided a a project execu�on plan for the Aerophine (reagent) project for the Lead Zinc concentrator at Mount Isa Mine.

MINE PLANNING AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

KCGM: SUPER PIT KALGOORLIE - providing control and development of the mining engineering aspects of the Fimiston open pits. Coordinated opera�onal reviews to maximise performance and cost reduc�on. The Fimiston mining opera�ons is a mul�-phased Super pit, the largest Gold mining opera�on in Australia. Total movement of up to 60Mtpa including 7 Mtpa of Ore producing 600,000oz with +600 staff and contractors.

PLACER PACIFIC: GRANNY SMITH GOLD MINES - management for the development of all short term planning and produc�on func�ons to meet produc�on targets. Cost effec�ve contract management of mining opera�on to meet safety, environmental and produc�on requirements. Coordinated opera�onal reviews to maximise performance and cost reduc�on. Granny Smith is a mul�-pit gold mining opera�on spread over a very large mining lease area serviced by a main Gold Processing facility. Total movement of up to 30Mtpa including 4 Mtpa of Ore producing 250,000oz with +300 staff and contractors.

PROJECTS AND STUDIES

STANWELL CORPORATION: UPGRADE OF THE KAREEYA HYDRO POWER STATION, TULLY QLD - responsible for the upgrade and increased MW output for the 4 unit hydro power sta�on including new governors, rewinding the generator, new Pelton turbines and a mechanical upgrade.

STANWELL CORPORATION: REFURBISHMENT OF THE STANWELL POWER STATION HP TURBINES, ROCKHAMPTON QLD - responsible for the refurbishment of the High Pressure (HP) turbines. KPI style contract with schedule and deliverables meet.

HITACHI: LNG FEED STUDY FOR EASTERN STAR GAS LNG PLANT, NSW - Hitachi study manager. Hitachi Ltd and Toyo Engineering Corpora�on in Consor�um were engaged by Eastern Star Gas (ESG) to undertake the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) works for a 1MTPA LNG facility to be constructed at Newcastle, NSW. Hitachi Ltd undertook the Electrical, Instrumenta�on and & Construc�on por�on of the FEED scope.

HITACHI: CALLIDE UNIT 1 GENERATOR OVERHAUL, BILOELA QLD - Hitachi site manager. Overhaul of the 350MW generator and turbine valves. Outage completed on schedule and with an excellent safety record as recognised by CS Energy. Varia�ons and extensions of �me managed well allowing Hitachi to exceed profit expecta�ons.

POWER GENERATION - PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - AG have an agreement in place with APA to provide project management services for a number of Stay in Business projects for their Power assets – This involves working from the study / approvals phase right through to commissioning and handover. E.g. Cooling tower bypass system, fire system upgrades (mist, spray, gas and networking), water treatment altera�ons, new transformers. i.e. $12 to $15m of projects at the Diaman�na Power Sta�on.

GAS POWER PLANT DEVELOPMENT - AG managed the assemble of a feasibility cost es�mate for the development of a 1000MW gas fired power sta�on.

LANDSLIP REPAIRS - AG are providing the project manager, civil engineering and dra�ing for the repairs of a landslip on the Direct Link (DC Power Line) in NSW.

SOLAR INSTALLATIONS - AG are providing the project execu�on plan and project owners team for the first of five solar projects in Central QLD.

PUBLIC SECTOR ASSET VALUATION - AG deployed & managed cloud-based GIS collec�on tools for 2 Queensland Local Council asset valua�on projects. AG staff supported field staff using ArcGIS Online and mobile devices to find, observe and document all park, water, sewerage and other assets covering around 10,000km2 in both metro and rural loca�ons.

ENTERPRISE GIS CLOUD MIGRATION - AG supported the design and execu�on of the migra�on of an enterprise GIS server and client solu�on into an Amazon hosted environment. Using the ArcGIS stack and co-loca�ng data storage and desktop so�ware by incorpora�ng Amazon Workspaces, any user with an internet connec�on can have a high-performance GIS experience while promo�ng a single point of truth.

WEB GIS IN LAND COURT - AG staff assisted tes�mony in Land Court with live web-GIS presenta�ons using Queensland Globe and ArcGIS Online. Using the latest Queensland Globe and ArcGIS Online tools they could combine secure client data and Queensland Open Data in a controlled and interac�ve medium to provide further context to other presented informa�on.

GIS, CARTOGRAPHY & GRAPHIC DESIGN - AG provide ongoing cartography and graphic design services to internal & external projects. AG staff use the latest GIS and design tools to manage, create, edit or publish publica�on-ready diagrams and maps that support legislated processes, marke�ng or project reviews.
