HISTORYHISTORY

The Minck-Adams Hotel was built in 1928 and added to the NationalRegister of Historic Places in 1978. the Adams Building is the mostphotographed building in Tulsa. It is currently undergoing an extensivehistoric renovation, in which it will be converted to 65 upscaleapartment units with a restaurant on the first floor.

The site controls a surface parking lot across the street, and additionalparking is available on the street and at adjacent parking lots. The firstfloor was the former home to the beloved Casa Laredo and is alreadybuilt out for a restaurant. Tenant could acquire existing restaurantequipment as desired.

The Adams Building is located on the corner of W. 4th Street and S.Cheyenne Avenue in the heart of the IDL and Arena District.
