The Adriatic Review was a monthly periodical published in Boston by Vatra (Pan-Albanian Vatra Federation of America) from September 1918 until October 1919. This is a complete record; Vol I, Issues 1-12 and Vol II, Issue 1.Dr. Robert Elsie: "In July 1917 he [Fan Noli] once more became president of the Vatra federation which, in view of the chaotic situation and political vacuum in Albania, now regarded itself as a sort of Albanian government in exile. In September 1918 Noli founded the English-language monthly Adriatic Review which was financed by the federation to spread information about Albania and its cause.
