1. To urge the public and private sectors to make sufficient investment for the youth.
2. To promote the six rights and welfare public policies for the well-being of the youth.
(1). Rights for Health
• For whole person development.• Good health for both physical and mental.
(2). Rights for Education
• Equal opportunity for education.• Equipped with core ability. • Establish skills to make living.• Follow individual interest.•Development of personal potentiality.
(3). Rights for Employment• Equal Job opportunity• Fair salary and compensation.• Protection from unfair working conditions.
(4). Rights for Welfare Protection• Receive legitimate care.• Welfare protection by law and regulations.•Protection through law and correlated measures.
(5). Rights for Recreation• Social awareness of the need for recreation.•Equal assessability to the public recreation facilities.•Sufficient space for recreation.
(6). Rights for Public Participation• Right for Voting.• Right and opportunity to express personal and collective advocation.
