The City of Phoenix entrusted Jokake to work around and protect millions of dollars’ worth of artwork when an existing chilled water line broke in the Phoenix Art Museum. We successfully performed emergency repairs to multiple areas using the highest level of

finishes and quality, restoring the museum back to its original condition.

THE ADVANTAGE

Ball!Chase Field opened in the Spring of 1998, built as a multipurpose facility to house the Arizona Diamondbacks and to host large-scale events. The Ballpark covers approximately 1,300,000 square feet, including the playing surface. Since 2000, Jokake has completed multiple projects at the stadium, including on-going structural repairs throughout the six levels.

One unique challenge of working at Chase Field is coordinating construction activities around ongoing events including MLB games, Monster Jam, and corporate meetings. Therefore, before each of these events we completely demobilized so the guest experience is never hampered by construction equipment or activities. It’s how we deliver an exceptional construction experience.

Public gathering spaces can be some of the most sensitive working environments in the construction industry. Working on these projects often involves dealing with older buildings and always involves working with minimal disruption to public services.

The dreams for Saguaro Library were extensive, but the facility needed many upgrades just to modernize its services (see Before and After photos). Jokake worked diligently through preconstruction to develop value engineering options that allowed the scope to be maximized, thus allowing for the maximum impact to the facility. Jokake’s expertise in renovation helped us transform an outdated facility and make into a show piece for the Phoenix Library system.
