The Adventure of Bob and Tangerine

On a nice Sunday morning, a gummy bear named Bob and his best friend, Tangerine, an orange gummy worm, were living their typical fun lives.

Bob and Tangerine were watching their favorite TV show, Spongebob Squarepants.

Later that day, the grocery store received some new chocolate bars. Gummy Candy Village was excited to welcome them.

“Welcome to VONS Mr. Twix”, said Bob. “Actually, it’s Dr. Twix, not Mr. Twix,” said Dr. Twix. “Wow, he’s lame,” said Tangerine. Why the heck is he here!

The next day, Bob and Tangerine are doing their usual walk around the store. Suddenly, Dr. Twix appears and he blows up a row of juice boxes. “What he is he doing?!”, Bob said. He’s going to ruin the whole grocery store!!!

Later that day, Bob and Tangerine are watching TV until Dr. Twix appears and changes the channel to Destroy, Build, Destroy. “That’s the lamest show ever!” said Bob and Tangerine. “Why would you ever want to watch that?” “It's not lame! Spongebob is the lamest show!” Bob and Tangerine have no idea what to say and want to get away from Dr. Twix.

Dr. Twix travels back to his secret layer behind all of the candy at the checkout counter in the grocery store. He asks to himself, "why are all of the other candy in the store so mean to me? I need to show them that they should think twice before messing with me. . .

Dr. Twix makes a plan to kidnap all of the other candy in the store except for the candy in Gummy Candy Village. "Once I capture all of the candy in the grocery store, I will have a human check them out on the checkout counter and all of the candy in Gummy Candy Village will be sad!"

The next day, Bob and Tangerine wake up in Gummy Candy Village and see that none of the candy outside is there. “It must be Dr. Twix!” Bob shouted.

Bob and Tangerine ask a Butterfinger candy where all of the other candy is and he says, “Dr. Twix captured all of them! He’s going to check them out too!” “We have to hurry!” exclaimed Tangerine.

Bob and Tangerine travel to the checkout counter and see that all of the candy is strapped onto the conveyer belt. Dr. Twix says, “In five seconds, your friends will be gone and you’ll never say I am lame again and you’ll do whatever I say!” Quickly,Tangerine makes a plan to distract Dr. Twix, while Bob unties them and stops them from being checked out.

“Hey look, Destroy Build Destroy is on TV right now!” said Tangerine. Dr. Twix immediately looks over to see and Bob unties the other candy. Tangerine then pushes Dr. Twix in one of the grocery bags and a human picks him up and eats him.

“Thanks Bob and Tangerine, you both saved us,” said all of the candy. Bob and Tangerine returned back to Gummy Candy Village where a celebration was held in honor of Bob and Tangerine’s heroic actions. From then on, Gummy Candy Village never welcomed any Twix bars ever again.
