Free Schools - Club Commitment

• The Football Club has a long standing tradition as a “community club” with strong ethics and principles.

• The club would provide facilities and lease land to house the school in a re-furbished building and new build, whilst seeking further private investment through the brand.

• The club would offer their brand to this concept

• The school would be developed around the West Stand of the stadium and land opposite this stand and the current Foundation Building site

Free Schools - Partner Commitment

• Very positive feedback so far from a range of schools, academies and Local Authority

• We can’t, and have no desire, to do this alone

• We need advice and input; particularly at Key Stage 1 and 2

• Financially each pupil place would be ‘topped up’ directly by commissioners
