Community services:Apart from the community services rendered by NSS (Annexure- 3) the followingactivities are done under the Gandhian Chair (Annexure- 4).The Gandhian Chair works to explore and promote the Gandhian Ideology at ruraland urban levels of Anand district. The emphasis of activities done under theGandhian Chair is on spreading the message and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi,especially in education. The following programmes were conducted forcommunity service:1) Camps at school and college levels.2) Organized “Gandhikatha” (The story of Gandhi’s life), intrduced by Shri
Sudarshan Aiyangar (V C, Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad) and narrated byShri Narayan Desai (Chairperson, Gujarat Sahitya Parishad)
