This is a five hour package that is “Perfect” for intimate weddings and vow renewals. If you are planning a small wedding of 25 to 100 guests, with a meal, this package might be “Perfect” for you!

“Perfect” Ceremony & Reception Pricing

(Quoted for Saturday evenings – Our preferred timeslot)

Number Guests: Minimum 25 guests; Maximum 100 guests

Pricing: Packages start at $3200 for 25 guests.

(Each additional guest costs $50 each) Examples:

Perfect Wedding for 50 guests: $4,450 Perfect Wedding for 75 guests: $5,700 Perfect Wedding for 100 guests: $6,950

Discounts: -10% Discount for active Military personnel

-Ask about special discounts for weddings held during the winter months and for weddings held on days and times other than Saturday evening. -Yes… Discounts may be combined!

Deposit: $500 Availability: Any time of the day, every day of the year

This is our most popular menu tool for those planning a Wedding Reception or Dinner Banquet. This tool gives you the ability to easily build your own custom menu at a

flat fee of $25 per person.

BYOB Upgrade: We give you the option of providing your own adult beverages to your guests. All BYOB Upgrades include: bar, tables, table clothes, ice, mixers, premium plastic cups, flutes for toast and a bartender for up to four hours (additional hours $100/hr). You provide the alcoholic beverages and we take care of everything else!

DJ & Master of Ceremonies: Normally $795, INCLUDED IN PERFECT PACKAGE! Our house DJ’s help make your reception flow as smooth as silk! He will make all the important announcements and keep the party rolling all night long. Also includes all of the sound equipment, lights, music and DJ for four hours.

Photography: $795 to $1595 Although you are welcome to use your own photographer, we highly recommend our house photography team. We offer several photo packages designed to fit into every budget. All packages provide you with a DVD of your images and a copyright release allowing you to make as many copies as you wish! Ask for details. “Ok, we really like the package…

So, how do we book our wedding?” It’s easy! The first step is to give us a call at 404-983 and schedule a visit. We will set aside one

hour to show you our estate and provide you with a complimentary consultation about your wedding. We will answer all your questions and help you select the package that best fits your vision for your wedding. Even if you decide not to have your wedding with us you will pick up lots of valuable ideas from this FREE consultation.

Next you would put down your $500 deposit and reserve your date.

You will have 72 hours after you book your wedding to change your mind and get a full

refund of your deposit. After this 72 hour waiting period your deposit becomes non-refundable should you cancel your wedding for any reason.

Next we will give you access to our Online Planner and schedule your planning sessions with your wedding coordinator. We will also invite you to attend our Vendor Planning Days.

Ninety days prior to your wedding an additional payment of at least 25% of your wedding

invoice will be due. For example, if your wedding invoice is $4,000, a payment of $1,000 will be due 90 days prior to your wedding date.

Four weeks prior to your wedding, we will request a final commitment on the number of

guests you expect. A final invoice will be prepared and along with a summary of all payments made to your account. Your remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your wedding.
