when he started his eventful journey in the real estate arena.
He formed CITIDEALS in 1988 to provide professional real estate consultancy and
corporate solutions. With CITIDEALS, the focus was on the upcoming commercial
areas like Okhla Industrial Estate and Mohan Co-operative.
THE EARLY YEARS
It's been the story of being at the right place at the right time. AMB started its
journey with relentless work in the high quality institutional set up of NOIDA and
NOIDA Expressway; Knowledge Park V, Techzone, Ecotech in Greater Noida. Later
on, the company diversified into larger development and commenced acquiring
land in the prime location of Gurgaon for the development of commercial colony.
THE NOIDA PHASE
AMB Group started taking shape in 2008 under Manoj Sethi's leadership. Around
the same time, action moved to the new Millennium city, Gurgaon. His meticulous
approach helped him to procure large real estate tracts in Gurgaon and with his
skill AMB made substantial progress. Initially many reputed builders and developers
having all India presence showed their keen interest in the residential and
commercial projects of AMB, which were then given to them after obtaining
development licenses etc.
