Ida Rupp Public Library will be receiving bids for a Lighting Replacement Project . Sealed bids will be received from Bonified Bidders by Dave Soderberg, Fiscal Officer, 310 Madison Street, Port Clinton, OH 43452, until 12:00 noon on July 22, 2011. The bids will be imme-diately opened, read and tabulated thereafter. The bidder is responsible for the sealed bid being delivered by the above time according to the clock on the main floor at the Library.
Third party delivery is entirely at the bidder’s risk. The outside of the sealed envelope must be marked and identified by “Bid on Lighting Replacement Project.”

Specifications will be given at a mandatory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Ida Rupp Public Library, 310 Madison Street, Port Clinton, OH 43452. Project requirements will be reviewed followed by a tour of the library building. Document specifica-
tions will be available on June 28, 2011 and thereafter from Dave Soderberg, Fiscal Officer, at the above address.
Base Bids will be received as follows: A single lump sum bid for all the work. The Lead Con-tractor on this project will be the Electrical Contractor. A bid bond must accompany the bid, made payable to Ida Rupp Public Library as liquidated damages in the event the bidder fails to enter into a contract for the equipment and bid as accepted. The surety company must be
listed in the United States Treasury Department and licensed in the State of Ohio.
Bids will be on the basis of cash upon the final delivery and acceptance in accordance with the specifications for this equipment. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days
