The Watermark Conceptual Scheme • Adopted by RVC June
2009.
• 560 residential dwellings on 287 ac.
• Full-service neighborhood (water, storm, sanitary).
• Extensive open space system.
• Anticipates development of the Damkar parcel.
• Contemplates integration with Watermark regarding access, utility servicing and open space connections.

Planning Approval Process • Conceptual Scheme amendment application (Watermark Conceptual Scheme)
• To clarify details regarding how the Damkar parcel is to be developed.
• Land Use Amendment application • To change the existing parcel’s land use zoning to accommodate the development proposed.
• Subdivision application • To isolate the ± 10 ac parcel for the church and the ten (10) residential single family lots - and
leave the ± 15 ac parcel remaining (for future residential).
• Development Permit application • To implement the proposed development within the church site.
NOTE: Only development of the proposed church site and residential single family areas facing Spyglass Way are being contemplated at this time. Any residential development in the northern portion of the site must be approved by RVC via a future planning application process.

Complete initial site planning and supporting technical reports.
• Mid May, 2013: Submit planning applications to RVC:
• Conceptual Scheme Amendment;
• Land Use Amendment.
• Spring/Fall, 2013: RVC Planning & Engineering Review Process.
• Fall, 2013: Second Open House.
• Early Spring, 2014: Public Hearing for Council to consider planning applications.
• Early Summer, 2014 : Development Permit application.
• Fall, 2014: Site-servicing.
• 2015: Anticipated church construction.
