Planning Approval Process • Conceptual Scheme amendment application (Watermark Conceptual Scheme)

• To clarify details regarding how the Damkar parcel is to be developed.

• Land Use Amendment application • To change the existing parcel’s land use zoning to accommodate the development proposed.

• Subdivision application • To isolate the ± 10 ac parcel for the church and the ten (10) residential single family lots - and

leave the ± 15 ac parcel remaining (for future residential).

• Development Permit application • To implement the proposed development within the church site.

NOTE: Only development of the proposed church site and residential single family areas facing Spyglass Way are being contemplated at this time. Any residential development in the northern portion of the site must be approved by RVC via a future planning application process.
