After hearing of the new dealer compensation plan in May, summer Wireless in Memphis, tn changed its employee commission structure to incentivize staff to activate customers on Boost Mobile’s Monthly Unlimited Select $50 and $60 plans by paying a $5 commission for either plan. No commission is paid for the $40 plan. Summer Wireless also incorporated commission for insurance attachments where employees are paid $1 for each insurance activation. Managers record daily sales totals, including insurance breakdowns, for each employee on a board for all to see. The owner will often add extra bonus money for the top sales person. These minor changes have sparked a competitive nature amongst the employees and have encouraged them to embrace SPG’s sales tools like the data Usage Right Fit Guide. At the end of May, one location ended with an 83% insurance attachment rate, up from 25% in April, and the other location ended with a 79% insurance attachment rate, up from 24% in April.Monthly unlimited select $50 & $60 rate plan Mix:

activation Issues We were recently notified about some possible issues with activating eligible Sprint phones on Boost plans. If the device has already been Re-Sku’d and you are receiving an error message during the activation that says the device is not compatible with Boost, please wait at least 1 hour before attempting the activation again in order to allow our systems to register the device. If dealers are still experiencing issues after 1 hour, please please send the following information available to the SPG Sales Ops Box (SPGSalesOperations@sprint.com) and we will investigate: Customer’s PTN, PIN, and ESN/MEId. Please note that the following error could also display if the device is currently active on another account, has not fulfilled its Sprint contract, or has been reported as lost/stolen.
