What We LostThis newsletter is intended to put
forth a viewpoint that has been under
constant attack for the past 300 years.
The West was honoured, brought out
from the darkness of confusion, where
human sacrifice was practised and thepeople worshipped the elements instead
of the One Creator. Revelation, in the
form of Christianity came from the East
and brought with it the light of the East.
People of ruse and deception, then, step
by step, destroyed Europeans connection
to this light.
Our present day confusion is just a
natural outcome of decisions that were
made many centuries ago- the seeds of
which were planted in the so called
renaissance.
The sapling from these bad seeds
broke through the earth, when
democracy pushed its way on the global
scale through violence, treason, and
blood, in the greatest disaster the world
has seen in the last thousand years: The
French Revolution. In this act, the old
order was overturned, the feet became
the head, the market place weasel took
overthe noblemans position, and hell was
unleashed on earth.
I believe that humans are one family
and that our destiny is to be believers. It is
my hope with this newsletter that we may
put one brick toward building the kingdom
of heaven on earth and to take one brick
from the kingdom of hell we see around us
today. People have suffered for to long
under falsehood, and having been
separated from their beliefs have becomewretched. The hell of the mind has
reached its end: The future is for believers.

The picture above the article is a detail from the book of Kells a classic work from
the Middle Ages, made by Irish Monks. Tell me, does this look like the work of
people that needed a renaissance and an enlightenment?

There was once a Montreal businessman
who was sitting by the beach in a small Gaspe
village. As he sat, he saw a fisherman rowing a
small boat towards the shore having caught quite a
few big fish. The businessman was impressed and
asked the fisherman, How long does it take you to
catch so many fish? The fisherman replied, Oh,
just a short while. Then why dont you staylonger at sea and catch even more? he asked?
This is enough to feed my whole family, andbesides I have the rest of the day to spend with my
family and enjoy the weather. the fisherman said.
The businessman offered a suggestion to the
fisherman. I could help you to become a more
successful person. From now on, you should spend
more time at sea and try to catch as many fish as
possible. When you have saved enough money,
you could buy a bigger boat and catch even more
fish. Soon you will be able to afford to buy moreboats, set up your own company, your own
production plant for canned food and distribution
network. By then, you will have moved out of this
village and to Montreal, where you can set up HQ
to manage your other branches. The fishermanlooked at him and asked, And after that? The
businessman says, After that, you can finally
retire, you can move to a house by the fishing
village, wake up early in the morning, catch a few
fish, then return home to play with kids, have a
nice afternoon nap with your wife, and whenevening comes, you can do as you desire. The
fisherman looked at the businessman as if was
crazy:
Isnt that what I am doing now?

I left the sea in 43 to go to the town for
Gold.
But even though I left her behind
She never left me.
I hear her now as I fall to sleepAnd I weep to think what I lost.
Oh to awake at night and hear again the sea
kissing upon the moonlit shore.
Alas no more, no more.

THIS IS A HERO
#
This is blessed brother Andre, a real saint, a
man among men. He lived in Montreal at the turn of the
century. He was not even a priest but a doorman of a
seminary. He was sick his whole life and weak but he
worked very hard and devoted his life to his Creator and
to the service of his fellow man. He was a friend to all-
His local parishner sent him to Montreal and said in a
letter: Im sending you a saint.
He loved Saint Joseph and felt a strong
connection to him so he began cutting hair to raise
money to build a chapel on the mountain next to his
seminary. He was so humble, pure, powerful, and brave,
that miracles began to manifest in him- he healed, not
one or two, but thousands of people. At his funeral a
million people past his casket to say goodbye: an honor
not bestowed on any public figure since.
All the while he remained humble and said he
was nothing, that he was St Josephs dog, only. He
prayed for people and cried for them to be believers. He
was a believer, a true one. One story: When the
committee to build a bigger church for the site for where
the Oratory is now came into financial difficulties the
bureaucrats worried that they couldnt raise enough
money. Frere Andr was called to one of theyre
meetings. He looked at them, and pulled out a statue of
St Joseph and said, Place this on the foundations of
what you want to build- if God wills He will cover his
Saint. That is the act of a Believer: full trust in God
beyond means. Go by Queen Mary Street and see the
Oratory today in all its glory. Remember it was started
with haircuts for a nickel and pure belief in our Creator
that through Him all can be done.
We too can be like Frere Andre. What goodness are we
going to build today?
And hold fast, all together, by the rope which God (stretches out for you), and be not divided
among yourselves; and remember with gratitude God's favour on you; for ye were enemies and
He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brothers- Holy Quran
