Find your zen and learn about the many benefits of yoga. The regular practice of yoga will help increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, which is so important throughout our lives. It also helps with balance, metabolism, relieves chronic stress, centers attention and sharpens self-awareness. This presentation is gentle chair/seated yoga with meditation and aromatherapy. Anyone of any age, size and fitness level can participate. All poses can be modified. Julie is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT), Certified Touch Therapist (CTT), Nationally Certified Hospice and Palliative Licensed Nurse, and Aromatherapy and Ayurvedic practitioner who teaches in Arizona and Louisiana.
