About Us

Since 1997, Q-Pumps has been dedicated to the manufacture of sanitary pumping equipment in order to provide the best solutions for the food, beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

We serve applications in more than 40 countries, with the perfect combination of technology and a highly skilled team of experts, with whom we are able to exceed the expectations of the requirements of our clients around the world.

Materials

All our products as a standard are constructed of 300 series stainless steel. Components that are in contact with product are manufactured of T-316L grade and non-contact in T-304. In this way we can guarantee the health and durability of our products. Material certification and traceability available upon request.

Special requests

We can custom manufacture to a wide range of material specifications including Titanium, Hastelloy, Super Duplex, Hardened Stainless and Nitronics. Different connections such as Clamp, DIN, SMS and specific surface finishes.

The standard finish is 32Ra, additionally they can be Beablasted or Electropolished.

Spare parts

Compatible with many of the major brands on the market. We carry a large array components on hand to minimize downtime.
