Through the use of creative Event Planning tools, Blueprint focuses on the “how experience” of your interaction with us, versus just the “what experience”.

Our wide range of services which include Event management, Public Relations, Sponsorship Management, Video Editing and Creative Design, allows our clients to come to one company from whom they receive a consistent carry through of their objectives throughout each aspect of the event.

In 2014 we expanded our range of services to include 3D Modelling, Event Filming, and Video editing, and this coincided with the introduction of our “Art Of” Video based learning Series, which is explained in more detail in the magazine.

J. Wray & Nephew Limited contracted Blueprint Events to execute their official launch of SKYY® Vodka in Jamaica to celebrate a milestone of the vodka now being bottled in Jamaica. Our team was responsible for the overall design concept and execution. The exclusive event was held at Villa Ronai where we transformed the Kingston 8 building into a double level lounge and club. The venue was completely lit in blue to highlight the iconic cobalt blue of the SKYY vodka bottle. Guests were greeted by beautiful hostesses and invited to pose for photos along the step and repeat board.

Guests mingled and lounged in the charmingly decorated SKYY Lounge where they enjoyed specially made SKYY Vodka cocktails.

Studios conducted several interviews with the core people behind SKYY Vodka Jamaica. We were able to capture footage of memorable moments throughout the event from start to finish. With the footage we were able to edit a video for the SKYY team as a memorabilia.

The Digicel Christmas party was held at the Palisadoes Go-Kart Track where the venue was transformed under the theme

Blueprint Events was responsible for the overall planning, event design, concept, layout, security, parking, food, bar & costumes for the event. Inside the venue, guests were blown away by chic and elegant infrastructure. In the middle of the venue a multilevel dance floor was built with premium bars surrounding it topped with a chandelier.

Cabanas aided in providing the guests with a feeling of exclusivity upon entering the food court. The food court was stocked with Dubai delights all night upon request.

Once again, the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce contracted Blueprint Events to organise their annual awards ceremony that celebrates their member companies and organisations in the island that perform at an exceptional level and meet corporate goals.

Looking to raise the bar of the event in terms of presentation and overall feel, Blueprint Events was given the responsibility of planning the entire event, designing the cocktail lounge area, spearheading sponsorship management, and executing public relations.

The Jamaica Pegasus ballroom was filled with socialites and members of the entertainment/

events industry, as they turned out to support the inaugural Ultra Black Tie Awards.

The Blueprint team spearheaded the Event Management, Room Design, Decor, Execution and Public Relations of this event, which was held on February 21. It heralded the launch of the Ultra Internship Programme, toward which the proceeds made from the awards dinner have gone. After dinner, guests were entertained by Konshens, who also made a contribution to this charitable initiative.

Blueprint Events provided Public Relations Services for KFC’s Wings Media Launch. Media advisories,

requests for coverage and press releases were sent out to the relevant media houses. We

also handled the execution of the media launch.

On Friday, February 28, 2014, JMMB teamed up with Blueprint Events to execute their Corporate Client Mixer under the theme ‘Red Affair” at Hope Gardens.

We were responsible for the overall event design, execution and décor. Utilizing the 3D render which we generated, the venue was transformed into a warm, contemporary space where guests mingled, danced & enjoyed an array of gourmet cuisine. There was major positive feedback received from both the client and guests.

Over the years, Blueprint Events has managed to build a relationship with NCB as we have constistently delivered quality executions against stated objectives. This year, Blueprint was contracted to execute NCB’s 2014 Staff Party.

The exclusive event was held at Pearly Beach in Ocho Rios on February 22, 2014. We were responsible for the event design, 3D mockup and overall event management. We transformed the white sands into a modern South Beach Cabana escape where guests mingled, lounged and enjoyed performances by Dwight Richards, Admiral Bailey and Konshens.

I have been very impressed with Blueprint Events, and it has been proven as they have executed the past two Anuual Awards Ceremonies for the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce. “The Art Of” is a series of informative business based videos which seeks to inform and educate the wider public about topics including Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Building, Finance, Sponsorship Management and Event Planning. These videos are posted on the Blueprint Events Vimeo page as well as our social media pages. This is done through conducting interviews with industry giants, allowing for students, up and coming entrepreneurs and the general public to learn more about the previously mentioned topics. Flow contracted Blueprint to execute their Game of Thrones Season 4 Premiere viewing party, held on April 6 at the Courtleigh Auditorium. The Blueprint Team was responsible for the event management, concept, layout, parking and costumes for the event.

To give the client a detailed description of our plan for the venue, we created 3D renders of each section of the venue. We had medieval props made, such as a 3D dragon, goblets, swords and shields in order to transform the venue, in keeping with the series’ medieval theme.
