    COUNCILOR COMMUNICATIONS AND COUNTY MANAGER REPORT Councilor Lentz spoke to the proclamation and thanked volunteers in the community. She also spoke to measles and giving support to HB1638. She also spoke to Calvin Clark's memorial, on the mental health, behavioral health, addiction health problems and homelessness issues that continue in Clark County, and the Hantwick Trail. Councilor Olson also thanked volunteers. Councilor Blom spoke to C-Tran. Councilor Medvigy spoke to RTC and the clearcut. Councilor Quiring spoke to the proclamation for volunteers and how important they are. She also spoke to the documentary "Seattle is Dying". Shawn Henessee spoke to the work that Public Works has done regarding repairing the bridge north of La Center. He spoke to the supplemental budgets for this year and the reorganization of the county.
