DESCRIPTIONIn a world of constant change and increasing complexity, the winners will be those who can keep their rate of learning faster than the rate of change, both as individuals and as organizations. Tom will explain why Business Learning Institute developed the “bounce” as an organizing framework to help develop a strategic and systematic approach to sustain increased and collective rate of learning. The Bounce is all about trajectory (direction), alignment & acceleration. Make sure you’re in the ballgame to win. There is a fundamental path to success for every CPA, we call the bounce. It is the shift from mentor to mentee, from technician to leader that happens at the manager job level. It shifts the focus from task specific work to managing people and projects. This critical turning point is where BLI makes a difference. From our Leadership Academy (now being offered at the AICPA for a fifth year and in several State CPA Societies and custom Firm and Corporate programs to our portfolio of programs that develop the critical leadership competencies identified by the AICPA in their CPA Horizons 2025 Project.
