P R I N C I PA L SJacques Boutet, P.E. Jacques is a life-long Alaskan and has been a consulting engineer since 1982. He has broad engineering, project and construction management experience and has managed hundreds of capital improvement projects for public and private sector clients. He has developed capital improvement programs, reconnaissance/feasibility studies, financing plans, corridor location and design studies, environmental assessments and environmental impact statements.

Donna Gryder-Boutet, P.E. Donna is a life-long Alaskan and has been an environmental engineer since 1987. She provides drinking water and wastewater project analysis, planning, permitting and management services as well as regulatory compliance support for wastewater and drinking water systems. She has a background in contaminated site assessment and remediation services and is an Alaska-certified sanitary surveyor.

Todd Jacobson, P.E. Todd has been an Alaska civil engineer since 1991. He delivers planning, management and engineering services to projects that range from raw site development to road and other transportation systems, marine projects and utilities. He provides ongoing project management services to the Municipality of Anchorage Public Works Department.
