Sambrook’s, Battersea, London SW11Visit the Altitude Bar on the top tier of the Grand to sample both keg and cask options.Wandle 3.8% Sunset gold in colour. KEGSambrook’s London Pale Ale 4.5% Inaugural craft keg product and is a beer born out of innovation. German lagering technique known as Krausening and married this to a traditional British Pale Ale recipe. Dispensing the craft keg, unfiltered and unpasteurised, creates a fantastically flavoured craft keg beer with a light natural haze. It packs plenty of punch.London Porter 5.0% Based on the cask recipe, this craft keg porter is more highly carbonated, cutting through some of the sweetness of Powerhouse Porter to give a drier, sharper finish to the beer. Try to have a half of both.

Sarah Hughes Brewery Sedgley, DudleyThis Black Country brewery is of traditional tower construction. The unique character of the beers is derived from the use of a rare Victorian open topped copper. Unable to fully supply its own brewery tap, the legendary Beacon Hotel, the beers are hard to come by and unavailable to source through the usual wholesalers. The ONLY way to get some is to go up there and collect it yourself. And take back the empties!Pale Amber 4.0% Initially slightly sweet but getting hoppier all the timeSedgeley Surprise 5.0% Bitter sweet and medium bodied. Nice to have 3 beers from Sarah Hughes for you to sampleDark Ruby Mild 6.0% Regulars at this and other festivals will be aware of this wonderfully eccentric extremely drinkable 6% mild .
