IT Update Bryneven is excited to announce the introduction of

Purple Mash. Purple Mash is an award winning web

based educational tool which allows learners to

increase their IT knowledge, while at the same time

having fun. Purple Mash has the added advantage of

being able to link to the CAPS curriculum, further adding to its advantage. One of the main

atttractions is the ability of our learners learning how to write a computer program (coding).

Please visit the the following website to learn more about Purple Mash -

Staff Update Bryneven would like to take this opportunity to welcome and congratulate our

new Department Head (HOD) of the Intersen Phase – Ms Charlene Kotze.

It is with much sadness that we have to say goodbye to

Mrs Mangray. We congratulate her on her promotion to Department Head (HOD) of

the Foundation Phase for Bryandale Primary. She has really proved herself in the

short time that she has been with us and we thank her for her tireless efforts,

both in the classroom as a teacher and on the sports field, and as Acting

Department Head during Mrs Hughes’ maternity leave.

We wish you everything of the best in your new role.
