You may, or may not, have heard that in January members of each of the provincial Alberta Regional Professional Development Consortia (ARPDC) were notified that funds for curriculum implementation supports will be deferred to the next fiscal year of April , 2020. Though this does have an impact on the operations of the Northwest Regional Learning Consortium, we can happily note that the work of the NRLC, and the other regional consortia, will continue for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

NRLC’s is grateful to our agent board, GPPSD, for their support in financing our office operations as ARPDC awaits the dispersal of the deferred funding from Alberta Education.

NRLC is pleased to offer you a variety of programs in February and March and we are working to provide you even more learning opportunities, including sessions on the New.learnalberta.ca site and support for French Language Instruction.
