The Caldwell Children’s Choir Program is for young singers with unchanged voices in grades 3–8. The program is divided into two semesters, which end with the choir presenting a concert for family and friends.

Participants will be taught to sing using healthy vocal technique and posture. They will learnto read and understand music. They will beprovided an opportunity to rehearse and perform age-appropriate music of diverse styles, cultures and languages. The best of current practice and approaches in music education, including Kodaly and Orff Schulwerk, will be incorporated into the rehearsals so that all members of the choir can experience success.
