Junior Voices Project Concert
Wednesday 3 July at 6pm
Gloucester Cathedral Junior Voices Project
Three Gloucestershire schools per term benefit from the Cathedral’s Junior Voices
Project. Four visits to each of the three selected schools are arranged to help develop
singing and encourage pupils and teachers to enjoy the benefits of group music-
making.
The project culminates at the end of each term when the school choirs perform a
concert in the Cathedral to an audience of proud families, relations, school staff and
friends.
We are very grateful to the generous donors who make this project such a success
and look forward to continuing this valuable work in Gloucestershire schools.
Everyone is welcome. Admission to the concert is free with a retiring collection for the Music
Department’s outreach work.

Support the Glory of Music
Choral music has been an integral part of Cathedral life for almost 500 years and
breathes life into our wonderful building and brings joy to us all.
In Gloucester we are rightly proud of our musicians and the quality of our choirs.
If you wish to keep our choral tradition alive, please support our choirs.
The Youth Choir, Junior Choir, boy and girl choristers all depend on your support.
Help Cathedral music to thrive by making a donation or leaving a gift in your will or
by becoming a Music Patron for as little as £10 a month.
If you would like more information about supporting music at Gloucester Cathedral,

which enjoys many interesting events.
Would you like to be a part of this interesting and important work?
Please pick up a leaflet in the Cathedral, or if you would like more information please
