Since its inception the event has been renowned for bringing the aerospace industry together in a truly central location - over two-thirds of the world’s population lives within 8 hours flying time from Dubai and one-third lives within 4 hours. Dubai is a dynamic, business-friendly city and is the perfect host for exhibitors and visitors from the world over.

The Dubai Airshow has long been recognised as an essential event on the international aerospace calendar - a meeting place for the industry – and given its position at the centre of a number of markets that continue to grow and invest, it offers the perfect opportunity to build both new relationships and your business.

Our new venue at Dubai World Central (DWC) is located at the heart of the future site of the World Expo in 2020 – this world class exhibition space has given us the opportunity to further grow the Dubai Airshow as well as providing numerous benefits to show attendees with easy access from many areas of Dubai, a spacious exhibition hall and larger static display along with increased parking and improved facilities.

2013 SHOW ROUND-UP

The 2013 Dubai Airshow ended as the biggest event in the show’s 26 year history.

The event was an overwhelming success drawing 60,692 trade attendees from around the world along with 1,046 exhibitors from 60 countries to our new venue at Dubai World Central. Yet again the Dubai Airshow proved to be one where deals are made with the total order book breaking all previous records with $206.1 billion worth of orders – the largest in any air show history.

The Dubai Airshow is committed to connecting the aerospace industry and consistently draws high quality attendees to the event – ensuring our exhibitors meet with their target audience and achieve a strong return on their investment. 2013 saw the largest number of people attending the event to date; as ever there was sizable attendance from the UAE and wider Middle East as well as growing numbers of international visitors particularly from Asia Pacific.

With over 1,700 international and regional media on-site at the 2013 event the Dubai Airshow captured the world’s attention across print, television, radio and online media outlets. DELEGATIONS

Our renowned programme of military and civil delegations is open to all exhibitors at the Dubai Airshow – exhibitors may submit their requests to meet with the delegations in attendance at the show. Delegations at the show are invited by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces; our dedicated Delegation Liaison team is available to exhibitors in the lead up to and during the show working to facilitate as many requests as possible for this highly demanded programme.

In 2013, 254 military and civil delegations attended the Dubai Airshow an increase of 31% on the previous event.

INDOOROur new exhibition hall at Dubai World Central was designed with our exhibitors and visitors in mind. With all the indoor exhibits located in just one hall we have created a central meeting point for show attendees that is both easy to access and to do business in.

1 SPACE ONLY

Our Space Only option allows you to work with the contractor of your choice to produce your own bespoke stand.

2 SHELL SCHEME

The Shell Scheme package at the Dubai Airshow offers a cost-effective and straightforward solution to exhibit at the show – the package includes all the main stand components and all you need to add are graphics and furniture of your choice.

OUTDOORThe increased outdoor space at Dubai World Central offers even more exhibiting options including our popular hospitality chalets, outdoor space for pavilions and exhibits as well an impressive static display park for aircraft display.

3 CHALET

Hospitality Chalets give you the opportunity to host clients, contacts and industry colleagues in your own self-contained chalet unit. Double and single storey chalets with views of the static display are available – you can work with the contractor of your choice to fit out the chalet to your requirements.

5 AIRCRAFT DISPLAY

Enjoying easy access from the exhibition hall, the static display at the Dubai Airshow hosted over 163 aircraft at the 2013 show – with even more aircraft set to appear in 2015 ensure you book your static display space early.

.5A Exhibiting companies displaying aircraft will be US$1,250. .charged a non-refundable administration fee (minimum 25sqm) per aircraft.

5B Companies occupying less than 25sqm or without exhibition space – the following rates also apply:

Up to 0.5 Tonne MTOW US$4,500.

0.5-3 Tonnes MTOW US$5,500.

3-10 Tonnes MTOW US$6,500.

10-25 Tonnes MTOW US$7,500.

4 OUTDOOR SPACE

Our Outdoor Space option gives you the freedom to display large exhibits, mock-ups, vehicles as well the ability to build your own custom designed Pavilion located directly beside the static display.

4A Exhibits – applies to all equipment displays on the US$395 per sqm. static park e.g. mock-ups, missiles etc. .

4B Pavilions & buildings – ground floor US$480 per sqm.

4C Pavilions & buildings – 1st floor US$275 per sqm.
